Fully managed support means that we will handle just about any issue or configuration request you may have with your server outside of custom software/script installations (ex: ffmpeg+mplayer+mencoder). Some examples of things covered by our fully managed support may include but are not limited to:

System Administration - Your vps includes 2 (two) full hours of free system administration service each month. This may be applied to any changes, updates, or any system adminstrator task you want done. Service record in 15 min intervals and regular support rates of $75/hr apply after you have used your free time.
Server Updates - We will only update software and applications as per request and that affect the entire vps and OS. For example, if you would like a new module added to Apache for your vps. What we will not cover are script installs that are just for one site such as installing a blog or forum.
Security - We provide you an initially hardened and secure environment by installing various tools by request. Some things may not be compatible with your OS choice and custom setup. Please ask support about your particular wishes.
